Landfill Tax Exemption

Please note that Japanese Knotweed contaminated material is exempt from landfill tax, an application should be made to HM Revenue and Customs for this exemption, at least 30 days prior to work commencing.

HM Revenue and Customs have revised their application form, the correct, updated form is available: Application for Certificate of Exemption (PDF).
